Adil Kaya serves as CEO of SIGOS. He joined SIGOS in 1990 and became Managing Director in 2008, driving and increasing the company’s worldwide success continuously.
Mr. Kaya is an established international manager of broad experience in telecommunications. With his in-depth technical and market knowledge he has made significant contributions to network operators, vendors as well as standardization institutes.
Mr. Kaya holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany.
Norbert Neumeister serves as Director Legal and Purchase. He accounts for all aspects of the company’s contract and purchase management.
He joined the company in 1999, held leadership positions in Sales, Marketing and Legal and has built up the global distribution partner network with great success. Before joining SIGOS he worked for Alcatel as Telecommunications Engineer and Project Manager where he was based in Czech Republic for 6 years responsible for Alcatel’s Switching System Division.
Mr. Neumeister studied electrical engineering at Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg, Germany.
Vice President Sales
Joachim Bamberger is leading the SIGOS sales department since 2010.
He joined the company in 2006 as project manager and moved to the sales team in 2007. Today he is responsible for all sales activities worldwide.Having worked for a variety of other companies before joining SIGOS, he is looking back to more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. .
Mr. Bamberger holds a University degree in Electrical Engineering from University Erlangen, Germany.
Principal Consultant Telecommunications
Hans Banken works as Principal Consultant Telecommunications in the Professional Services Team. Since March 2013 he is also Product Marketing Manager for Revenue Assurance.
He started his professional career at PKI (today Alcatel Lucent) in Nuremberg as a software developer for telecommunication systems. In 1990 he joined the SIGOS team during the start-up phase. In 1998 he started working on the implementation of the SITE test system and later became System Architect.
Hans Banken holds a University degree in Computer Science at RWTH Aachen with a focus on software engineering.
Business Unit Roaming
Florian Leeder is Head of Business Unit Roaming since September 2014, driving the complete Roaming and Interconnect area related product and service portfolio. Further he is responsible for the administration, operation and expansion of the GlobalRoamer test platform.
He covered different SIGOS leadership positions in Support, Product Management and Business Development since 2000. Prior he worked as an external consultant for Siemens and Colt Telecom.
Florian studied in Germany and Italy. He holds a University degree in Political Science from the University of Bamberg.
Carsten Schlaghoff is Head of Professional Services. He is responsible for planning, conducting and controlling of SITE projects, as well as for maintaining SITE systems after system delivery. His department covers expertise in Project Management, System Installation, SITE Consulting & Customer Support.
Carsten joined the company in 1998. After starting his business carrier as System Engineer, Consultant and Project Manager, he became 2007 responsible Group Leader of the PM Team and Head of Department in 2010.
He holds a University Degree in Electrical Engineering of RWTH Aachen, Germany.
Head of Research
Gerald Wittmann serves as Head of Research and Development. He is responsible for SITE and GlobalRoamer extensions as well as developing new concepts and features.
Gerald has more than 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including work at Ericsson Eurolab. He joined SIGOS in 2003 as software engineer for SITE, later moved on to lead the SIGOS R&D application team, acted as Technical Product Manager and became Head of R&D in 2012.
Mr. Wittmann holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.
Head of Marketing and Business Development
Bjorn Kötz joined SIGOS in 2004 as Business Development Manager and later Sales Director APAC, driving the international growth in the Asia and Pacific region. Today he is heading Business Development, Marketing and the product management SPOC division.
In his career, he worked for DoubleClick, Thomson-Reuters and the Handelsblatt Joint Venture GH100, a pre-IPO analytical platform and later as Head of Strategic Alliances at tyntec Inc, a convergence and cloud telephony provider. Bjorn Kötz holds multiple university degrees in the fields of Economics, International Management, Int. Law, Marketing and Media Engineering.
Business Unit Manager Fraud
Kenneth Mouton was appointed Manager of the Fraud Business Unit 2014, operating out of Ghent/Belgium.
He served as Head of Customer Service Delivery Interconnect & Fraud joining Meucci Solutions in 2007 and was also commercially responsible for the African and Middle-East Sales accounts. Earlier he worked at Fortis Bank and Belgacom International Carrier Services.
Mr. Mouton holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Conflict & Development. He also received an Executive MBA graduating from Vlerick Business School.
Shicheng Hu was one of SIGOS' co-founders in 1989. He is working as SIGOS Principal Consultant for long-term business development and the vision towards 2020.
As a world-leading testing expert for mobiles and networks, Mr. Hu is the TF GRQ Chairman in GSMA Network Group. He used to work for ETSI CTI and was the leader of 3GPP MCC TF 160 for mobile testing for many years.
He received his MSc in Radio Physics from the University of Fudan in Shanghai, China, and Dipl.-Ing. in Informatics from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.
