Platform Administration Specialist (f/m/d)

Fulltime | Location: Ghent, Belgium

Your tasks

  • Maintaining all Telco resources in our test platform (calling cards, fixed lines, online VoIP accounts) and performing basic tests to check their functionality
  • Administration of test SIM cards
  • Keeping track of call costs and send warnings on high usage
  • Supplier Invoice Management
  • Providing technical and administrational support to the professional services team
  • Communication with our partners worldwide

Your profile

  • Enjoying organizational and administrative work
  • Detail oriented, structured and independent working approach
  • Problem solving and analytical mindset
  • Affinity to work in a semi-technical and multinational environment
  • Strong service orientation as well as an efficient and independent working approach
  • Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Very good English language skills, oral and written; other languages (e.g. Dutch, French, German) advantageous
