Service Consultant Fraud Detection (f/m/d)

Fulltime | Location: Ghent, Belgium

Your tasks

  • Managing customer accounts and acting as the single point of contact throughout the contracts
  • Handling communication with the customers autonomously and building a strong professional relationship with them
  • Writing reports and delivering presentations on the results
  • Producing and analysing Fraud Detection results, and being able to provide explanations on the observed tendencies
  • Advising customers on how to handle Fraud cases
  • Closely cooperating with colleagues in your team and different departments

Your profile

  • University degree
  • Professional work experience, ideally within customer relations
  • Excellent language skills in English, Spanish and/or French language skills are highly advantageous, any other language knowledge is welcome.
  • Communication skills, team orientation and intercultural competence
  • Comfortable working with tools and interested in being an expert in Excel
  • Very good analytical skills and willingness to cope with large data files
