Wholesale under-charging
Inaccurate billing and reconciliation due to unreliable and inaccurate usage data records of incoming and outgoing traffic of value added services delivered to customers and partners can generate revenue leakage, minimize profitability as well as generate partner disputes.
Service under-charging
